  5. Sathurangam or சதுரங்கம்: Today, this game is called chess, and many grandmasters of the game come from this southern state of India. In the ancient days though, the forces were called infantry, cavalry, elephants, and chariots. Of course, these were changed to pawns, knights, bishops, and rooks.
