20 Fun & Popular Punjabi Proverbs

Punjabi proverbs

I first heard a Punjabi proverb in high school when one of my Punjabi classmates taunted the other one saying, Chajj da vairi aapa, in the middle of a nasty argument. It means, “One’s own behavior is one’s biggest enemy.” The girl was dropping some truth bombs right there in the middle of a Physics lab!
