My Tips: How To Take Care Of Your Body Skin

Do you know how to take care of your body skin?

Today I will share the tips that I found, and they work for me. Before we get started, let me introduce myself first. I am Dear. I am working at Simyasolutions as a Social Media Marketer.

I am a person who loves to take care of my skin, and my friends always ask me how to take care of my body skin. Once, I went to the aesthetic clinic, and the dermatologist said my body skin was perfect, no need to get any vitamin from the clinic. So this is the reason that I want to share with you guys.

Check Your Skin Type

The first step, you need to know your skin type first before taking care of them. Otherwise, It will be going the wrong way and then it will not work.

Classify the different types of skin, there are five types of body skin:

  • NORMAL SKIN
  • SENSITIVE SKIN
  • DRY SKIN
  • OILY SKIN
  • COMBINATION SKIN (BOTH OILY AND DRY SKIN)

Building A Daily Body Skin Care

No matter what your skin type is, these are the essential things that I want to be recommended.

  1. Body lotion/body essence: This is the best thing you need to do once in the morning and before you sleep. Choose the select one that is suitable for your skin type.
  2. Sunscreen: Apply sunscreen with 30 SPF+ 30 minutes before heading outdoors. Actually, we also have to apply when we stay inside a building, home, etc. Because light from light bulbs also can damage your skin and can cause cancer.
  3. Body scrub:  Use them for 1-2 per week, don’t scrub every single day because your skin will get sensitive. I suggest tamarind scrub and salt scrub; these are natural body scrubs that are gentle enough not to damage your skin. Body scrubs have many different benefits:
  • Promotes Skin Hydration
  • Removes Dead Skin Cells
  • Younger Looking Skin
  • Moisturizes Your Skin

Beauty from the inside out

After we know how to take care of your body skin from the outside, this is one of the effective ways I want to share with you. You can choose any brand of vitamin C or collagen. Both of them are really good, and you can choose any of them or take both. For me, I take both of them, and I can see the difference before and after. Note that you have to choose wisely and find more information about which one is suitable for you.

Do not lazy!

You will get better skin for sure if you follow these steps, no matter what your skin type. Only one thing! Don’t be lazy!
